Small Victory for #Bainport #Sensata Workers: Turbo Coil Tours Freeport

We have been tirelessly calling on Mitt Romney to come to Freeport and save our jobs. We have petitioned, protested, and even taken arrest to get our story heard. Unfortunately, he has ignored us. However, because of our fight we’ve gotten the attention of a California based company that may set up here in Freeport. If we had not stood up, this would have never happened. When Sensata announced the outsourcing of our jobs, our elected officials were virtually silent. This small victory is the result of workers and community standing together.
