The Reverend Jesse Jackson and members of Rainbow PUSH visited Bainport Monday. The tent city camp outside the Sensata plant in Freeport, Illinois was set up more than a month ago by workers losing their jobs to China thanks to Mitt Romneys Bain Capital. Tom Gaulrapp has worked at Sensata for more than 30 years. He says as Romney’s Bain Capital ships 170 American jobs to China
the only other company in Freeport with similar good blue collar jobs is a tire plant saved by Obama’s action cracking down on China.

[Tom Gaulrapp]: “The only other large company is actually a tire plant, which was save by President Obama and getting tough on Chinese tires.”
