We were workers at Bain Capital-owned Sensata, 2520 Walnut St, Freeport, Illinois. We fought to save our jobs from being shipped to China! We were unsuccessful in keeping our jobs, but are still fighting the good fight against outsourcing!

Sensata Locks Doors! Fear Of Ed Show Drives Lockout
In response to tonight’s live broadcast of The Ed Show, Sensata has sent workers home and closed the plant for the entire weekend, barricading the entrances and telling 2nd shift workers not to report. An incredibly clear expression of the needless fear coming from Sensata about the worker movement for a just severance package.
Mitt must be getting ready to pick up the phone to call his friends at Bain Capital “Please Make It Stop”. Do it, Mitt.
