We were workers at Bain Capital-owned Sensata, 2520 Walnut St, Freeport, Illinois. We fought to save our jobs from being shipped to China! We were unsuccessful in keeping our jobs, but are still fighting the good fight against outsourcing!

We, Sensata workers, and the Freeport community, are now learning from the French workers on how they took over their plant and barricaded themselves in for 5 months to prevent Bain from removing the equipment. Everyone is listening attentively.
